If true "diversity" was really carried out, as opposed to the fanatical interpretation of that term that has proliferated all throughout corporate America, it would be essentially unsustainable. To honestly allow all types of practices and expressions of belief to coexist under one umbrella, would cause any entity that tried to employ it to immediately unravel and come apart at the seams. That is, to be truly diverse, is to potentially have within the compass of one entity, people with opposing viewpoints that can't be reconciled. So at the outset, the statement of the diversity propogandists that the goal of diversity programs is inclusiveness is a lie. The goal of diversity is to champion some diverse groups to the exclusion of others--period.
Ask your human resources contact at your company if they would be willing to sponsor a "straight pride" day just as the gay community has their "gay pride" day. If your organization has a charity drive of some sort, 10 will get you 20 that there are radical environmental advocacy groups there that are highly visible. See if how far you get with getting your "Right to Life" advocacy groups as highly placed or mentioned by the CEO.
By its very nature, "diversity", as practiced by the Left, must be authoritarian and intolerant. It must suppress those viewpoints that challenge it. This is one of those junior high nifty paradoxes. In order to allow so-called divergent viewpoints to be accepted, you have to suppress the majoritarian views. If a group believes that a practice is fundamentally immoral, you can't let that group express its belief right alongside the contrary group. Chaos and conflict would ensue. The inevitable march of diversity will eventually lead to active suppression of "traditional" or majoritarian viewpoints in order to force acceptance of the divergent viewpoint.
Don't believe me? You can see it happening already right here.
